01What does AgentixLake do?+
AgentixLake is a Hamburg-based data engineering and AI company. We build one governed lakehouse on the platform you already run and use it for both your data warehouse pipelines and your RAG pipelines. On top of it we put AI agents into production, with the first use case live in 6–8 weeks from kickoff. We are also developing two agents of our own: Intelligent DataOps for self-healing pipelines and AI Analyst for correct KPIs.
02How fast can you deliver something real?+
Your first use case runs in production in 6–8 weeks from kickoff. We agree what “live” means at the start, so you can check it.
03Do you actually build or just advise?+
We build. The same senior engineers who scope the work write the code, ship it to production and run it afterwards.
04Where does it run, and who owns what?+
In your own cloud account or on your servers, under your access controls. The work we build for your platform is yours: pipelines, data models, infrastructure code and documentation. Accelerators we reuse across clients stay ours, with a permanent licence for you to run and change them in your platform. Our own agents, such as Intelligent DataOps, will run on a subscription. If you cancel, your platform keeps running without them.
05Will we be locked into a vendor or stack?+
No. We build on the platform you already run, with open formats such as Apache Iceberg where they fit. Your data and pipelines don’t depend on our software: if you stop using our agents, everything we built keeps running.
06Can you work on-prem or air-gapped?+
Yes. We work on-premises as well as in the cloud. For air-gapped environments, we agree access, model hosting and update paths with your security team during scoping.
07Is our data secure with you?+
Everything runs inside your environment, under your access controls. We follow your security policies, keep an audit trail of changes, and engineers review every production change.
08What do you need from us to start?+
A use case owner, access to the relevant data and platform accounts, and a technical contact for security and deployment. You don’t need an in-house AI team.
09What’s the safest first step?+
Start with a Production Sprint: one use case, fixed scope, live in production in 6–8 weeks from kickoff on your own platform. You see it working before you commit to a larger build.
